An Afghan health worker administers polio vaccine to a child in the old city of Kabul, capital of Afghanistan, November 16, 2009. Afghanistan launched a three-day nationwide polio vaccination in order to immunize children less than five-year-old against polio. Afghanistan aims to eradicate polio in the country till 2011.
