Most children go to study Koran before they enter elementary schools. Teachers in the elementary schools use the Wolof language to teach the juniors, while French to teach the seniors. Lamine's father is a doorkeeper of a foreign organization. He treats education seriously, so he sent all eight school-aged children to school. Lamine has to do housework after school every day.
