People buy commodities at a trade fair during a culture festival with the theme of greeting the Spring Festival in Xinghai Exhibition Center in Dalian, northeast China's Liaoning Province, on January 13, 2009. As the Spring Festival draws near, people start to buy goods for celebration and family reunion. The Spring Festival, or the Chinese lunar New Year, falls on on January 26 this year.
