Delayed Wages Paid

The Shanghai Labor Inspection Team announced yesterday that about 13,000 local companies were found violating the city's labor regulations since new inspection rules was put into effect last December. The team found 454 million yuan (US$56 million) of delayed wages, social insurance fees and illegal deposits in 3,000 cases have been paid in the past year.
