Proposals were made on rural education and enterprise's
innovation Wednesday at the annual session of the Chinese People's
Political Consultative Conference in Beijing.
CPPCC delegate Zhu Peikang proposed that the education system
should be improved in rural areas and more talented people should
be trained for the development of agriculture.
Gu Shengzu said governments at all levels should invest more in
compulsory education in rural areas and improve teachers'
training.
Another CPPCC member Han Zhongchao proposed that the government
help enterprises improve their innovation capability.
