Aishanjiang, Security Guard, Chinese Medicine Hospital, Xinjiang, said, I saw that officer Yang was bringing a seriously injured patient here, and that our medical staff was too busy to deal with him. So I helped officer Yang carry the patient to the hospital's emergency room.

Once assured that Li was in safe hands, Aishanjiang,along with 14 other Han and Uygur colleagues,returned to the scenes of violence,offering help to other injured people. Aishanjiang eventually became so exhausted he collapsed on the street,and colleagues ordered him back to the hospital.

Aishanjiang, Security Guard, Chinese Medicine Hospital, Xinjiang, said, Han Chinese and Uygur Chinese are brothers in the same family. I just did what I had to do.

After over 40 hours in intensive care, Li's condition is now stable.
