3 Dead, 40 Missing in Typhoon

A rescue vessel arrives to rescue survivors of an overturned ship in Haikou, south China's Hainan Province, April 20, 2008, after typhoon Neoguri landed in the city on Friday night. Three people were confirmed dead from the mudflows, while rescue workers are still searching for 40 fishermen, including 22 Vietnamese.
