Foreign Leaders Mourn Quake Victims


Singapore's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Home Affairs Wang Kan Seng leaves words on the condolence book at the Chinese embassy to Singapore, May 21, 2008. Wang Kan Seng visited the Chinese embassy on Wednesday to mourn the victims of the deadly earthquake that hit southwest China's Sichuan Province last week.
